IRS Notice 2009-3 - Extends the deadline for adopting a plan document for a 403(b) plan for one year - until December 31, 2009, thus taking off the pressure for getting a signed document in place before January 1, 2009.  However, it remains our recommendation to continue forward with plan document adoption or restatement as soon as administratively feasible.
